Welcome! KCC provides a variety of exciting educational opportunities for you as a student. Once you complete an application, follow the steps below:
1. Register for classes
After allowing 48 hours for processing, you should receive an email notifying you that your application has been processed. At this time, you should be able to register for Workforce and Community Education classes online at mykcc.klamathcc.edu. You can also register by contacting the Workforce and Community Education office at 541-880-2243.
2. Pay for classes
Payment for Workforce and Community Education classes is due before classes start. For questions or concerns, please log into your MyKCC account, visit the cashier in Founders Hall, or call the cashier at 541-880-2237.
3. FERPA and confidentiality notice
According to federal law, KCC is allowed to share the “Directory Information” of its students, which includes your name and contact info. If you would like your information to be kept private, you can fill out a “Directory Information Withholding Request” and return it to the Business Office in Founders Hall. Withholding information can create difficulties, so we advise against it, but the choice is yours. Further, depending on your program of study, KCC must share information vital to your education with contracted educational service providers. All information is kept confidential and provided on a need-to-know basis.
