Thank you for your application to Klamath Community College!
Now that you have finished the application, follow the steps below:
1—File your FAFSA.
Students interested in Federal Financial Aid must file a Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.gov. FAFSA processing usually takes 4-8 weeks, but it can take as long as 12 weeks to process, so file early. Remember to list Klamath Community College and its Federal School Code—034283—on your FAFSA.
2—Get Placed for Math and Writing.
If you are fresh out of high school or if you have already taken college level writing or math, a Student Success Representative can help you figure out which math and writing classes are right for you. If you are brand new to college and it has been 1 year or more since you graduated from high school, you will need to complete placement testing. You can acquire a math placement test packet from Founders Hall and/or schedule a placement test at the Testing Center in Bldg. 3.
4—Submit transcripts.
If you have prior college credits, please send official transcripts to:

If your official transcript are done electronically, use registrar@klamathcc.edu
5—Provide a copy of your drivers license
6—Provide a copy of your birth certificate or passport
7—Provide proof of a Class 2 Flight Physical

8—(If applicable)Provide copies of all currently held aviation licenses or prior flight training.
9—(If applicable)Provide a copy of your VA benefits letter.
10—(If applicable)Provide a copy of your joint service transcripts (JST).
